Automated notification messages If the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server cannot send email messages to BlackBerry devices, it sends a notification PIN message to the BlackBerry devices automatically, informing users about an issue with wireless email delivery. Change the subject for automated notification messages You can change the subject for automated notification messages that users receive on their BlackBerry® devices. If you do not create a subject, the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server uses the default subject. 1. On the computer that hosts the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, on the Start menu, click Run. 2. Type regedit. 3. Click OK. 4.
