Delete a user's organizer data from a BlackBerry Enterprise Server If the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server writes a user's organizer data from a BlackBerry device to the BlackBerry Configuration Database incorrectly, the organizer data on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server might become corrupt. In this case, you can delete the organizer data from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. 1. In the BlackBerry Administration Service, on the BlackBerry solution management menu, expand User. 2. Click Manage users. 3. Search for one or more user accounts. 4. Select the checkboxes beside the display names of the appropriate user accounts. 5. In the Organizer data synchronization list, click Clear backed up data for organizer data synchronization. Delete a user's organizer data from a BlackBerry Enterprise Server
If the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server writes a user’s organizer data from a BlackBerry device to the BlackBerry
Configuration Database incorrectly, the organizer data on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server might become corrupt.
In this case, you can delete the organizer data from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
1.
In the BlackBerry Administration Service, on the
BlackBerry solution management
menu, expand
User

Click
Manage users

3.
Search for one or more user accounts.
4.
Select the checkboxes beside the display names of the appropriate user accounts.

In the
Organizer data synchronization
list, click
Clear backed up data for organizer data synchronization
