Administration Guide Configuring a new connection between a BlackBerry MDS Integration Service and a BlackBerry MDS Connection Service 10. In the Push interval (minute) field, type an interval for the BlackBerry MDS Integration Service to send the removal request to BlackBerry devices. 11. To set a specific date to send the removal request on, click the Schedule check box. Specify the start date and end date. 12. Click Next. 13. Click Finish. Click Applications Installed. 3. On the Applications Installed tab, click the BlackBerry® MDS Runtime Application that you want to remove. 4. In the lower pane, click Device Management. 5. Click Uninstall on Device. 6. In the Uninstall application on devices drop-down list, click with application installed. 7. Clear the Select all check box. 8. Click the PIN of the BlackBerry device that you want to remove the application from. 9. Click Next. 10. To set a specific time to send the removal request, click the Schedule check box. Specify the start date and end date. 11. Click Next. 12. Click Finish. Configuring a new connection between a BlackBerry MDS Integration Service and a BlackBerry MDS Connection Service You can make a local or remote BlackBerry® MDS Connection Service available to a BlackBerry MDS Integration Service in the same BlackBerry Domain. You can make multiple instances of the BlackBerry MDS Connection Service available to the same BlackBerry MDS Integration Service. You cannot use a proxy server to exchange data between a BlackBerry MDS Connection Service and a BlackBerry MDS Integration Service; a direct HTTP connection is required. You must configure your organization's BlackBerry MDS Connection Service proxy rules with the correct host name to use a direct connection to the BlackBerry MDS Integration Service.
