Administration Guide Managing user accounts Delete a user group 1. In the BlackBerry® Manager, in the left pane, click User Groups. 2. On the User Groups List tab, click a group. 3. In the lower pane, click Group Admin. 4. Click Delete Group. 5. Click Yes. Managing user accounts You can move user accounts from one user group to another or from one BlackBerry® Enterprise Server to another in the BlackBerry Domain. When you delete a user account, you can retain the user account information in the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. You can activate the user account again, or the user can continue to use the BlackBerry device as a BlackBerry® Desktop Redirector. When you activate a user account that you retained, the user account will have the same settings it had before you deleted it. Move a user account to a different user group 1. In the BlackBerry® Manager, in the left pane, click a BlackBerry® Enterprise Server. 2. On the Users tab, click a user account. 3. In the lower pane, click Account. 4. Click Assign To Group. 5. Managing user accounts
You can move user accounts from one user group to another or from one BlackBerry® Enterprise Server to another in the BlackBerry
Domain.
When you delete a user account, you can retain the user account information in the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. You can activate
the user account again, or the user can continue to use the BlackBerry device as a BlackBerry® Desktop Redirector. When you
activate a user account that you retained, the user account will have the same settings it had before you deleted it.
Move a user account to a different user group
1.
In the BlackBerry® Manager, in the left pane, click a BlackBerry® Enterprise Server.

On the
Users
tab, click a user account.

In the lower pane, click
Account
.
4.
Click
Assign To Group
.
5.
Click the group that you want to move the user account to.

Click
