If you create database accounts for your administrators, you must change the type of authentication that the BlackBerry Manager uses. 1. In the BlackBerry Manager, on the Tools menu, click Options. 2. Click Database. 3. In the Authentication drop-down list, click Database Authentication. 4. Click OK. 5. Restart the BlackBerry Manager. 11
