WWAN modules The WWAN module is available on select models only. NOTE: WWAN modules are spared only as separate modules that are not integrated into the system board. Description HP lt4132 LTE/HSPA+ 4G Mobile BroadBand Module (LTE CAT4: Huawei HP lt4132, LTE/HSPA+ w/GPS M.2) Intel XMM 7360 LTE-Advanced (LTE CAT9: Fibocom lt4210 LTE/HSPA+ w/GPS) Spare part number 845710-003 L15398-001 Before removing the WWAN module, follow these steps: 1. Shut down the computer. 2. Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer. 3. Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet and then unplugging the AC adapter from the computer. 4. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 31). 5. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 33). Remove the module: 1. Disconnect the WWAN antenna cables (1) from the terminals on the WWAN module. NOTE: The red WWAN antenna cable is connected to the WWAN module 'Main' terminal. The blue WWAN antenna cable is connected to the WWAN module 'Aux' terminal. 2. Remove the Phillips M2.0×2.0 screw (2) that secures the WWAN module to the computer.
