Before you begin: Verify that the standby BlackBerry Enterprise Server is running. 1. In the BlackBerry Configuration Panel for the standby BlackBerry Enterprise Server, on the BlackBerry Server tab, click Make Primary. 2. Click OK. 3. Verify that the failover event occured. 96
