By default, to reduce the workload on the Microsoft® Exchange Server, BlackBerry Messaging Agent 5.0 SP2 or later does not write statistics to user mailboxes when it processes email messages. If you want the BlackBerry Messaging Agent to write statistics to users' Microsoft Exchange mailboxes, change the value to true (1). By default, the value is false (0). If you change this value, the result might be an impact on the performance of your organization's BlackBerry Enterprise Server environment and the Microsoft Exchange Server. This trait specifies how many days in the calendar, after the current date, that the BlackBerry Enterprise Server checks for calendar errors on devices. You can configure the BlackBerry Enterprise Server to check for calendar errors for a user account, all user accounts that you associate with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server, or all user accounts. ExchangeEnableWriteUserStatsToMailbox
This trait specifies whether the BlackBerry Messaging Agent
writes statistics to each user's Microsoft Exchange mailbox when
it processes email messages for users. By default, to reduce the
workload on the Microsoft® Exchange Server, BlackBerry
Messaging Agent 5.0 SP2 or later does not write statistics to user
mailboxes when it processes email messages. If you want the
BlackBerry Messaging Agent to write statistics to users' Microsoft
Exchange mailboxes, change the value to true (1).
By default, the value is false (0). If you change this value, the result
might be an impact on the performance of your organization's
BlackBerry Enterprise Server environment and the Microsoft
Exchange Server.
