Client receive rate in bps. 0 denotes unlimited bandwidth. no user max-bandwidth down Use this command to set to the default value the bandwidth at which the client can receive data from the network. The user-id variable is the ID of a user configured in the local database, and is a number in the range of 1 to 128. After this limit has been reached, the user will be disconnected. 0 octets denote unlimited transmission.
