By default, all supported distillers are turned on. You can turn off a distiller to prevent users from viewing attachments that are in a specific file format. For example, if you turn off the .pdf distiller, users cannot view .pdf attachments on their BlackBerry devices. 1. In the BlackBerry Administration Service, on the Servers and components menu, expand BlackBerry Solution topology > BlackBerry Domain > Component view > Attachment > Server. 2.
