Administration Guide Configuring BlackBerry Configuration Database high availability 1. Copy the backup file from the database server that hosts the BlackBerry Configuration Database to the database server that will host the replicated BlackBerry Configuration Database. 2. In the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, in the left pane, navigate to the database server that will host the replicated BlackBerry Configuration Database. 3. Right-click Database. Click Restore Database. 4. Select From device. 5. Navigate to the backup file that you copied from the database server that hosts the BlackBerry Configuration Database. 6. Click OK. 7. In the To database drop-down list, select the BlackBerry Configuration Database. 8. In the list of backup sets to restore, select the backup file. 9. Click Options. 10. Select Overwrite the existing database. 11. Click OK. Permit access to the BlackBerry Configuration Database instances 1.
