If multiple software configurations contain the same application, and each software configuration is assigned a different custom application control policy with the same disposition (for example, two custom required application control policies), the application control policy that you ranked highest in the BlackBerry Administration Service is applied to the user's BlackBerry device. Reconciliation rules: Application control policies for unlisted applications Scenario Rule A software configuration with a default or custom application control policy for unlisted applications is assigned to a user account. A software configuration with a different application control policy for unlisted applications is assigned to a group that the user account belongs to. group. The required setting takes precedence over the

optional setting. The optional setting takes precedence over

the disallowed setting.

If multiple software configurations contain the same

application, and each software configuration is assigned a

different custom application control policy with the same

disposition (for example, two custom required application

control policies), the application control policy that you

ranked highest in the BlackBerry Administration Service is

applied to the user's BlackBerry device.
