Printhead recovery routine 1. Before starting troubleshooting, inspect and clean the service station. Check the capping station rubber seals and use dampened lint free cloth to clean any liquids or material from the caps. 2. Check the cleaning roll and make sure it is not near empty. Replace the cleaning roll if it's near empty. 3. In order to make sure the cleaning roll works properly, from the Maintenance menu, run Service assist > 6.0 Service Station > 6.1 Service Station Test. Confirm that the test passes. If any error codes are reported, troubleshoot those errors before continuing with your print quality troubleshooting. 4. Run Maintenance > Part troubleshooting > Printhead Recovery 1. Then, print the Diagnostic Page again for before and after comparison. 5. If printhead quality is still not good enough, run Printhead Recovery 2 from the same menu. Printhead recovery routine

Before starting troubleshooting, inspect and clean the service station. Check the capping station rubber
seals and use dampened lint free cloth to clean any liquids or material from the caps.

Check the cleaning roll and make sure it is not near empty. Replace the cleaning roll if it’s near empty.

In order to make sure the cleaning roll works properly, from the Maintenance menu, run

. Confirm that the test passes. If any error codes are reported,
