Troubleshooting There are two main tools for investigating clogged nozzles: ● Checking the Nozzle Health Test as part of the Drop Detect Calibration. See Nozzle Health Test and Drop Detect Calibration on page 80. ● Printing the Print Quality Diagnostic. Nozzle Health Test and Drop Detect Calibration Test can be accessed via the Service Assist menu. Procedure 1. From the Control Panel, run Service Menu > 7.0 Drop Detect > 7.3 Drop Detect Calibration and Nozzle Health Test: 2. First, calibrate the Drop Detect Sensor. 3. If the calibration fails, then it is likely that the sensor is giving false data.
