11. Remove the tape and foam from the lamp and wipe any fingerprints off the glass. 12. Push the lever to secure the lamp. 13. Close the top cover. 14. The printer automatically locks the top cover, moves the fusing carriage to its original location, checks the new lamp status, and calibrates the lamp.
