Skipping WLAN configuration due to empty WLANBaseConfigSet: ConfigName Description This message appears when the BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter does not move the WLAN information for a user account because the WLAN base configuration set is empty. Possible solution After the migration process completes, configure the WLAN base configuration set on the destination BlackBerry Enterprise Server using the BlackBerry Administration Service. Unable to parse device version string: "Version found in database" Description This message appears when the BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter cannot process the version of the BlackBerry Device Software that is associated with a user account in the BlackBerry Configuration Database. The BlackBerry Device Software version might not exist in the BlackBerry Configuration Database. Possible solution Move the user account to the destination BlackBerry Enterprise Server with the Ignore Warnings option selected. Failed to load UserConfig row for user Description This message appears when the BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter cannot load the user account information from the UserConfig table in the source BlackBerry Configuration Database. Possible solution To determine the cause of the issue, check the BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter log file for Microsoft SQL Server errors. If possible, correct the problem and try to move the user account again. 68
