Description After you move user accounts to the destination BlackBerry Enterprise Server, the IT policies on the destination BlackBerry Enterprise Server might not be applied to devices. Before you move the user accounts, update the BlackBerry Device Software on devices to version 4.5.0 or later. You can also run the BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter with the Ignore Warnings check box selected, and activate the user accounts again on the destination BlackBerry Enterprise Server if the IT policy is not applied to the devices. You are not required to permanently delete the data on the devices before you activate the user accounts again.
