Upgrade the destination BlackBerry Enterprise Server to a version that the BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter supports. Issues might occur if the user ID of a user account already exists on the destination BlackBerry Enterprise Server. If the user ID of a user account on the source BlackBerry Enterprise Server is the same as a user ID on the destination BlackBerry Enterprise Server, the user's BlackBerry device might not work as expected after you migrate the account. Before you move the user account, delete the user account from the source BlackBerry Enterprise Server, add it to the BlackBerry Enterprise Server again, and activate the BlackBerry device. If devices use BlackBerry Device Software 4.5.0 or later or 5.0 or later, and your organization's environment uses the BlackBerry Enterprise Server for IBM Lotus Domino, consider the following information: Consideration Duplicate contact list entries might appear on BlackBerry devices. Description
The BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter
does not support the version of the
destination BlackBerry Enterprise
