Right Handlebar Controls Instruments, Features and Controls Throttle Control Grip Throttle Control Grip The throttle control grip controls engine speed. To increase engine speed, twist the throttle control grip toward your body; to decrease engine speed, twist the grip away from your body. When you release the grip, it returns to the idle speed position. Front Brake Lever The front brake lever is located on the right handlebar grip. To apply the front brake, pull the lever toward the handlebar. See page 67 for braking procedures. Front Brake Lever 41
