Appendix Paper Specifications The following is the type and the size of paper specified for this printer.  When using paper not in the paper specifications, users must evaluate the recognition rate in advance to avoid deterioration of the paper feed accuracy/barcode recognition rate/print quality and frequent occurrence of paper jams.  Depending on the paper's storage environment (temperature and humidity), the paper may curl. This is because the synthetic labels and backing paper have different ratios of expansion and construction due to temperature and humidity. If the paper curls, the paper may be rubbed by the print head and become contaminated, or the paper may jam.  Do not use the paper which is extended by connecting with tape and others. The paper may be detected incorrectly by the connected line, and rubbed by the print head and become contaminated, or the paper may jam.  When winding roll paper onto the paper core, we recommend that you use double-sided tape with different adhesive strengths for the front and rear to affix the edge of the paper and the paper core. When doing so, apply the side with more adhesive strength to the paper core. Doing so ensures the roll paper is affixed optimally to the paper core and prevents poor paper feeding. If you directly glue the roll paper to the paper core, the paper end will not be detected, and several labels will not be able to be printed when paper runs out.
