Problem Action Cannot scan using TWAIN or WIA on a Install the Desktop Experience feature on the computer. Windows Server® 2012 or Windows Server® 2012 R2 computer. Digital Certificate Problems Problem Action The Certificate Signing Request (CSR) / Create a self-signed certificate and enable SSL/TLS Server Communication.
