NOTE

Record the measured valves clearance.

Intake
0.10 ~ 0.15 mm (0.0039 ~ 0.0059 in.)

If the valve clearance is not within the specified
range, adjust by an authorized Kawasaki dealer
or a competent mechanic following the instruc-
tions in the Service Manual.

Apply silicone sealant to the cylinder head as
shown in the figure.
