E Setting special function (vehicle model and units of measurement) The engine control unit transmits the correct vehicle model and unit measurement information automatically for the instrument panel to display. To force a change of these parameters, turn the key from OFF to ON while holding down buttons (1) and (2). Press the button (1) to scroll through available configurations. To store your selection, hold down the button (2) for 5 seconds, until the display will read OFF. Set the key to OFF. Notes The dotted boxes in the figure are the display areas for vehicle version (normal, R or S). fig. 9 16
