3 SAFETY DANGER! Risk of Death, Injury or Damage To avoid bed collapse and resulting injury or damage: - NEVER permit more than one individual on the bed at any time. - Body weight should be evenly distributed over the surface of the bed. DO NOT lay, sit or lean in such a way that your entire body weight is placed only on raised head or foot sections of the bed. This includes when repositioning or transferring in or out of bed. - DO NOT push on raised head or foot sections of the bed. - After the product has been assembled and before use, always test to make sure that all sections of the bed are properly and securely in place. If any problems arise during the test, recheck all electrical connections and mechanical hook ups and then retest.
