Risk of Damage To avoid damage to the power supply or the bed malfunctioning: - To prevent overheating, the power supply MUST not be covered during bed operation (i.e. pillows, blankets, etc.). Risk of Death, Injury or Damage To avoid injury or damage from misuse or entrapment: -Proper patient assessment and monitoring, and proper maintenance and use of equipment is required to reduce the risk of entrapment.
