Troubleshooting Caution O If there are issues with charging or data transfer, clean the contact points and sensor on the product and the cradle with a damp cotton bud and allow them to air dry. O If product operations become unstable or if functions do not operate correctly, perform a system reset (hold down all four buttons at the same time). Problem solving Basic functions Problem Nothing displays on the screen. The product does not react to button presses. The screen turns off or turns blue during use. The screen turns off.
