42 GENERAL INFORMATION Engine Cooling Water Temperature Indicator/"HEAt" character/Red Warning Indicator Light If the engine cooling water temperature gets too high, the red warning indicator light goes on and the engine cooling water temperature indicator blinks with buzzer sound to warn the operator. Also "HEAt" character under the speedometer blinks. The engine speed is automatically controlled to 3 000 rpm. Return to shore immediately and check the cooling system for clogging (see the Special Procedures section in the Operating Instructions chapter). Buzzer sound will stop when any button is held down for more than one second. j NOTICE To prevent engine damage, do not operate the craft until the cause of overheating is corrected.
