Put a rag or cloth under the oil filter to receive the
remaining oil.

Remove the oil filter.
A. Oil Filter Cartridge
B. Dipstick
•
Apply a thin film of oil to the gasket and tighten the
cartridge to the specified toque.
Cartridge Tightening Torque:
18 N·m (1.8 kgf·m, 13 ft·lb)

Fill the engine with the oil specified in the table up
to the “H” (High) level on the dipstick. (Use a cold
level mark.)
NOTE

Refer to the Oil Level Inspection in the Engine Oil
section for correct oil level inspection procedure.
