SECTION 9-OPTIONS Installing Gloves NOTE: For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 9.12 on page 66. 1. Wrap palm loop around horizontal handle (using top slot only) and secure to glove. 2. Run glove loop through bottom slot on palm and over back of hand until tight. Secure glove loop to back of glove. 3. Reattach glove strips to back of glove. Shifting the mountain drive transmission option under load will damage the internal workings of the mountain drive option and will void the warranty. NOTE: For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 9.13 on page 66. Switching to Mountain Drive Transmission Option 1. Perform one of the following: • Switching Mountain Drive Transmission Option On ‐ Push in the gear shift button in the middle of the right side of the hand crank while the option is under no load. • Switching Mountain Drive Transmission Option Off ‐ Push the gear shift button on the left side of the hand crank in while the option is under no load. Installing Gloves
NOTE: For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 9.12 on page 66.
1.
Wrap palm loop around horizontal handle (using top slot only) and secure to glove.
2.
Run glove loop through bottom slot on palm and over back of hand until tight. Secure
glove loop to back of glove.
3.
Reattach glove strips to back of glove.

Mountain Drive Transmission Option

WARNING
DO NOT shift the mountain drive transmission option under load (i.e. using a high

Switching to Mountain Drive Transmission Option
1.
Perform one of the following:
Switching Mountain Drive
Transmission Option On
Push in
the gear shift button in the middle
of the right side of the hand crank
while the option is under no load.
Switching Mountain Drive
Transmission Option Off
Push the
gear shift button on the left side of
the hand crank in while the option
is under no load.
