Loosen the joint clamp bolts. NOTICE Be sure to turn the main switch to the off position and disconnect the negative battery lead to prevent accidental short-circuiting. 1. Remove the shroud, the left and right side covers, and the top cover. (See page 42 for removal procedures.) Remove the headlight unit bolt on each side of the snowmobile. 1 2. 1. Joint clamp bolt 5. 1 Move the headlight unit rearward, away from the air filter case cover. NOTICE: Be careful not to scratch the snowmobile when moving the headlight unit. [ECS00920] 6.
