Set-up of the Electronic Control Unit is to be performed only by a qualified technician. The final adjustments of the controller may affect other activities of the wheelchair. Damage to the equipment could occur under these circumstances. Operating the Wheelchair Turning the Power On/Off NOTE: For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 5.1. 1. To turn the power On, perform one of the following steps: MPJ™+ SPJ™+ JOYSTICK ACTION Move the On/Off switch Forward to the On position. Press the On/Off button. 2. Turning the power Off can be achieved by performing one of the following steps:. JOYSTICK ACTION MPJ+ Move the On/Off switch Back to the Off position. SPJ+ Press the On/Off button.
