Saving the Abbreviated Phrase Memory STYLE BLOCK CTR/RMF SPELL SEARCH FORM PAGE ABBREVIATED PHRASE MAINTENANCE ABBREVIATED PHRASE LOAD ROPIEMITEMPASEMV EDIT THESAURUS TYPE THESAURUS 1. Insert the disk on which you want to save the abbreviated phrase memory. 2. Press - to display the function menu. 3. Use and kv9 to select ABBR/THR, then press (I) or (MAWR to display the sub-menu. 4. Use and to select ABBREVIATED PHRASE SAVE and press This message will appear. Press RETURN to save. 5. Press ,f7, to save the abbreviated phrase memory on the disk under the filename ABBR.PHR and overwrite the abbreviated phrase on disk if such a file was already stored on the disk.
