MAINTENANCE AND LUBRICATION Lights Headlight Lamp Replacement - Gen IV 1. Remove the three screws on the headlight pod. 2. Using a small flat-blade screwdriver, push in on the lock tabs through the two small openings at the front of the headlight pod. 3. Lift the pod slightly while depressing the tabs. 4. Lift the pod cover and disconnect the speedometer harnesses from the speedometer. Unplug the indicator light harness and remove the pod cover. 5. Unplug the headlamp from the wiring harness. Be sure to pull on the connector, not on the wiring. 6. Grasp the bulb housing and turn counterclockwise to remove lamp. 7. Apply dielectric grease to the light bulb socket before installing the new bulb. 8. Reverse the previous steps to replace the lamp and reassemble the pod. 122
