Disconnect the two ignition coil connectors on the primary ignition cables located at the right front of the engine Remove the craft from the water, and remove the seat. Remove the drain screws in the stern to drain water out of the engine compartment. Check the drain cap at the bottom of the air box for water. j A. Ignition Coil Connectors A. Air Box B. Drain Cap 7. 8. 9. 4. 5. If water is present, take the watercraft to the dealer for service immediately since there is a strong possibility that water has entered the supercharger and the engine. If there is no water present, continue the following steps. Remove all the spark plug caps. Remove all spark plugs. Insert the ignition key, push the lanyard key under the stop button, and push the start button. 10. If there is water in the engine, it will be pumped out from the plug holes. Discharge the water and take the watercraft to your authorized dealer for service immediately. Do not operate the starter for longer than 5 seconds. Wait 15 seconds before using it again.

Details of the steps
1.
Remove the craft from the water, and remove
the seat.
2.
Remove the drain screws in the stern to drain
water out of the engine compartment.
3.
Check the drain cap at the bottom of the air box
for water.

If water is present, take the watercraft to the
dealer for service immediately since there is a
strong possibility that water has entered the su-
percharger and the engine.
5.
If there is no water present, continue the follow-
ing steps.
6.
Disconnect the two ignition coil connectors on
the primary ignition cables located at the right
front of the engine

Remove all the spark plug caps.
8.
Remove all spark plugs.
9.
Insert the ignition key, push the lanyard key un-
der the stop button, and push the start button.
10. If there is water in the engine, it will be pumped
out from the plug holes.
Discharge the wa-
ter and take the watercraft to your authorized
dealer for service immediately. Do not operate
the starter for longer than 5 seconds. Wait 15
seconds before using it again.
