- Reclining Back Seats Arm Height Adjustment The arms can be raised from the standard position by repositioning the bolts that hold the arm in place. See Figure 4O below for bolt location. Locate the upper threaded hole by putting your finger on the fabric above the top bolt. Move up about 1 inch until you feel the depression for the threaded hole. Poke through the fabric to open access to the hole. A small screwdriver works well. Remove the arm bolts and reposition with the top bolt in the newly opened hole. Tighten bolts in place. Raise and lower arm to be sure installation is correct. If arm angle adjustment is required, refer to that section of this chapter. Figure 4O 36 Chapter 4 D82007778 REV N 7/10/12

Reclining Back Seats Arm Height Adjustment

the standard position by repositioning the bolts that hold the arm in place. See
Figure 4O below for bolt location.
Locate the upper threaded hole by putting your finger on the fabric above the top
bolt. Move up about 1 inch until you feel the depression for the threaded hole.
Poke through the fabric to open access to the hole. A small screwdriver works
well.
Remove the arm bolts and reposition with the top bolt in the newly opened hole.
Tighten bolts in place. Raise and lower arm to be sure installation is correct. If arm
angle adjustment is required, refer to that section of this chapter.
