When this dialog box appears, the handheld is verifying that all security software is implemented properly on your handheld. The tests run automatically when your handheld restarts. How do I restore my handheld after clearing it? If you are using the BlackBerry Desktop Software, restore handheld data and services using the Backup and Restore tool.
