Content Playback If you can play content that you downloaded from www.brightsign.biz under Software Download, but you can't play videos, images, or audio in your own presentations, follow the steps in this section to troubleshoot the problem. My Image files don't play on BrightSign If your image isn't playing, it might be an unsupported format, or it might not meet the required specifications to play on BrightSign. Make sure your images meet the following requirements: • Images must be JPEG, Bitmap, or PNG files • Images must have a max resolution of 1920x1080 NOTE: HD2000 doesn't support progressive or CMYK JPEG files. My Image files don't play on BrightSign
If your image isn't playing, it might be an unsupported format, or it might not meet the required
specifications to play on BrightSign. Make sure your images meet the following requirements:
Images must be JPEG, Bitmap, or PNG files
Images must have a max resolution of 1920x1080
NOTE:
HD2000 doesn't support progressive or CMYK JPEG files.
