Menu list Chapter 6 Menu Operations - Menu list [SCENE FILE] Configure the settings regarding scene files. This menu is used to set fine image quality settings of the camera images, select scene files, and read/write scene file data to the internal memory. These menu items cannot be set when the thumbnail screen is displayed. Item [NAME EDIT] [LOAD/SAVE/INITIALIZE] [SYNC SCAN TYPE] [SYNCHRO SCAN] [MASTER DTL] [DTL CORING] [DETAIL SETTING] [DETAIL] [V.DTL LEVEL] [H.DTL FREQ.] [V. DTL FREQ.] [LEVEL DEPEND.] [KNEE APE LVL] [DTL GAIN(+)] [DTL GAIN(−)] [SKIN TONE DTL A] [SKIN TONE DTL B] Description of settings Edits the name of the scene file selected in the scene file menu. (Maximum of six characters) Loads/saves/initializes the setting values allocated on the current scene file number (any one from 1 to 6). [LOAD]: Selects and loads a scene file saved in the camera memory. [SAVE]: Specifies a title and file number for the current setting values and saves them as a scene file in the camera memory. [INITIALIZE]: Initializes the selected scene files (1 to 6) to the factory settings. Switches the synchro scan display settings. [sec]: Displays in time. [deg]: Displays at shutter open angle. ffFactory setting: [sec] Displays the speed of the synchro scan shutter that is used when shooting video for television etc. When [SYNC SCAN TYPE] = [sec], and [SYSTEM MODE] = 59.94 Hz: ff60i/60p: [1/60.0]...[1/250.0] ff30P: [1/30.0]...[1/250.0] ff24P: [1/24.0]...[1/250.0] When [SYNC SCAN TYPE] = [sec], and [SYSTEM MODE] = 50 Hz: ff50i/50P: [1/50.0]...[1/250.0] ff25P: [1/25.0]...[1/250.0] When [SYNC SCAN TYPE] = [deg] (in 0.5 d steps, angle display): [3.0d]...[360.0d] ffFactory setting: [1/60.0] (when [SYNC SCAN TYPE] = [sec], and [SYSTEM MODE] = 59.94 Hz) Sets the level of the detail effect of the whole part. [−31]...[31] ffFactory setting: [0] Sets the level of signal (including noise) that does not activate the detail effect. [0]...[60] ffFactory setting: [1] Sets [ON]/[OFF] of the detail function. [ON], [OFF] ffFactory setting: [ON] Sets the intensity of the detail level in the vertical direction. [−7]...[7] ffFactory setting: [0] Sets the thickness of the detail level in the horizontal direction. [−7]...[7] ffFactory setting: [0] Sets the thickness of the detail level in the vertical direction. [0]...[2] ffFactory setting: [1] When the detail of luminosity signal is emphasized, details in the darker parts are compressed. Details of bright areas are also compressed more when the value set for [LEVEL DEPEND.] is larger. [−7]...[7] ffFactory setting: [0] Sets the detail level of high luminosity areas (high-brightness areas). For operation, 0 is displayed as [OFF]. [OFF], [1]...[5] ffFactory setting: [2] Sets the detail level of + direction (to make brighter). [−31]...[31] ffFactory setting: [0] Sets the detail level of − direction (to make darker). [−31]...[31] ffFactory setting: [0] Selects the skin tone table that will display the skin tone detail. Create the skin tone table with [DETECT TABLE]. You can shoot smoother skin tones by displaying the skin tone detail. [SKIN TONE DTL A] can be used alone or used in combination with [SKIN TONE DTL B] and [SKIN TONE DTL C]. [ON], [OFF] ffFactory setting: [OFF] Selects the skin tone table that will display the skin tone detail. Create the skin tone table with [DETECT TABLE]. You can shoot smoother skin tones by displaying the skin tone detail. [SKIN TONE DTL B] can be used alone or used in combination with [SKIN TONE DTL A] and [SKIN TONE DTL C].
