Periodic maintenance and adjustment 2. Remove the left side cover (PZ50RT / PZ50GT / PZ50MT), or open the shroud and remove the left upper cover and the left side cover (PZ50VT). (See page 48 for removal procedure.) Remove the drive guard. Rotate the secondary sliding sheave clockwise and push it so that it separates from the secondary fixed sheave. 3. 4. 1. Otherwise, the V-belt clutch engagement speed will be changed and the snowmobile may move unexpectedly when the engine is started, which could cause an accident. NOTICE To ensure proper clutch performance as the V-belt wears, it is necessary to adjust the gap between the secondary fixed sheave and the secondary sliding sheave by changing the positions of the spacers.
