Use the special tools included in the owner's tool kit to make the adjustment. Insert the special tools into the 2-up adjusting block as shown. 1. 1. To increase the compression damping force, turn the adjusting knob in direction (a). To decrease the compression damping force, turn the adjusting knob in direction (b). Adjusting the 2-up adjusting blocks
(PZ50VT)

Make sure that the 2-up adjusting blocks
are installed in the same position on both
sides of the snowmobile, otherwise poor
handling and loss of stability may result.
The spring force can be adjusted by changing
the position of the 2-up adjusting blocks.
TIP
Be sure to make this adjustment when
there is no load (rider or cargo) on the
snowmobile.
Use the special tools included in the own-
er’s tool kit to make the adjustment.
1.
Insert the special tools into the 2-up ad-
justing block as shown.
2.
Pull the lock pin and turn the special tools
to change the block position.
3.
Release the lock pin.
4.
Remove the special tools from the 2-up
adjusting block.

Adjusting the compression damping
force of the rear shock absorber
(PZ50RT)
The compression damping force can be ad-
justed by turning the adjusting knob.
To increase the compression damping force,
turn the adjusting knob in direction (a). To de-
crease the compression damping force, turn
the adjusting knob in direction (b).
NOTICE:
Do not continue to turn the adjusting knob
in direction (a) after it stops. The shock ab-
sorber could be damaged and damping
