Periodic maintenance 1. Remove the top cover (PZ50RT / PZ50GT / PZ50MT) or open the shroud (PZ50VT). (See page 45 for removal procedures.) 2. Disconnect the headlight coupler. 3. Remove the top cover (PZ50RT /
PZ50GT / PZ50MT) or open the shroud

2.
Disconnect the headlight coupler.
3.
Remove the bulb holder cover.

Unhook the bulb holder by pushing it in,
then downward.
5.
Remove the bulb.
6.
Install the new bulb, and then hook the
bulb holder onto the headlight unit.
CAUTION:
ECS00620
Keep oil and your hands away from the
glass part of the bulb or its life and illumi-
nation will be affected.
If the glass is oil stained, thoroughly clean
it with a cloth moistened with alcohol or

7.
Install the bulb holder cover, and then
connect the headlight coupler.
8.
Install the top cover (PZ50RT / PZ50GT /
PZ50MT) or close the shroud (PZ50VT).
