To determine the amount of choke cable play at the knob, pull the choke knob out until the starter lever at the carburetor starts to move; the amount of choke knob travel is the amount of cable play. The proper amount of play is 0 ∼ 1 mm (0.00 ∼ • 0.04 in.) at the choke knob. If there is too much or too little play, adjust the choke cable.
