Finally screw in the axel lever stopper screw until it keeps clearance by 1 mm to the axel lever. NOTE żThe idling speed could become unstable with the throttle valve stuck closed, if the adjustment screw is turned excessively.

After adjustment, screw in the idle adjusting screw
on the base plate until it lightly touches the link
lever.

Finally screw in the axel lever stopper screw until
it keeps clearance by 1 mm to the axel lever.
NOTE

The idling speed could become unstable with the
throttle valve stuck closed, if the adjustment screw
is turned excessively.
