Tightening Torque Rear Frame Mounting Bolts: 34 N·m (3.5 kgf·m, 25 ft·lb) the fuel hose joint straight onto the upstream • Insert injector pipe. the yellow paint of the hose in the upstream • Check injector pipe side. • Push the joint lock until the hose joint clicks. j A. Connect the intake air pressure sensor connector,
upstream injector connector, downstream injector
connector and throttle sensor connector.
•
Install the rear frame with the air cleaner housing
to the throttle body assy.
•
Check the duct is installed securely.
•
Check the clamp position as shown in the figure.
A. Clamp
•
Tighten the clamp screws securely.
Tightening Torque
Throttle Body Assy Holder Clamp Screw:
2.0 N·m (0.20 kgf·m, 18 in·lb)
Air Cleaner Duct Clamp Screw:
2.0 N·m (0.20 kgf·m, 18 in·lb)
•
Tighten the rear frame mounting bolts to the spec-
ified torque.
Tightening Torque
Rear Frame Mounting Bolts:
34 N·m (3.5 kgf·m, 25 ft·lb)
•
Insert the fuel hose joint straight onto the upstream
injector pipe.
•
Check the yellow paint of the hose in the upstream
injector pipe side.
•
Push the joint lock until the hose joint clicks.
