Periodic maintenance and adjustment 1. Air filter case cover 2. Fastener 1. Fastener 2. Left side cover To close the shroud and install the air filter case cover 1. Insert the projections on the end of the air filter case cover into the slots in the air filter case, place it in the original position, and then tighten the fasteners. To install the left side cover Place the left side cover in the original position, and then tighten the fasteners. Right side cover To remove the right side cover Loosen the quick fastener screws, and then remove the right side cover. 1. Projection on the end of the air filter case cover 2. Slot in the air filter case 2. Slowly lower the shroud to the original position, and then hook the shroud latches. 1. Right side cover 2. Quick fastener screw Left side cover To remove the left side cover Loosen the fasteners, and then remove the left side cover. To install the right side cover Place the right side cover in the original position, and then tighten the quick fastener screws. Top cover (PZ50RT / PZ50GT / PZ50MT) To remove the top cover Pull up on the rear of the top cover. 51

To close the shroud and install the air filter
case cover
1.
Insert the projections on the end of the air
filter case cover into the slots in the air fil-
ter case, place it in the original position,
and then tighten the fasteners.
2.
Slowly lower the shroud to the original
position, and then hook the shroud latch-
es.
Left side cover
To remove the left side cover
Loosen the fasteners, and then remove the
left side cover.
To install the left side cover
Place the left side cover in the original posi-
tion, and then tighten the fasteners.
Right side cover
To remove the right side cover
Loosen the quick fastener screws, and then
remove the right side cover.
To install the right side cover
Place the right side cover in the original posi-
tion, and then tighten the quick fastener
screws.
Top cover (PZ50RT / PZ50GT /
PZ50MT)
To remove the top cover
Pull up on the rear of the top cover.
