Compression damping force adjusting knob TIP The damping forces will not decrease past the minimum levels even if the adjusting knobs are turned out more than the minimum settings. ESU10937 Compression damping setting: Minimum (soft): 12 click(s) in direction (b)* Standard: 7 click(s) in direction (b)* Maximum (hard): 2 click(s) in direction (b)* * With the adjusting knob fully turned in direction (a) Rebound damping force The rebound damping force of each shock absorber can be adjusted by turning its rebound damping force adjusting knob. To increase the rebound damping force, turn the adjusting knob in direction (a). To decrease the rebound damping force, turn the adjusting knob in direction (b). Adjusting the spring preload of the center shock absorber and the rear torsion springs The spring preload can be adjusted by turning the adjusting ring (PZ50GT / PZ50MT / PZ50VT) or adjusting nut (PZ50RT) on the center shock absorber and the adjusters on the rear torsion springs. Adjust the spring preload as follows. Center shock absorber (PZ50GT / PZ50MT / PZ50VT) To increase the spring preload and thereby harden the suspension, turn the adjusting ring in direction (a). To decrease the spring preload and thereby soften the suspension, turn the adjusting ring in direction (b). 1. Rebound damping force adjusting knob 29
