How the Air Bag System Works A CAUTION: Don't attach anythingto, or putanything between an occupant and anair bag. If something is betweenthe driver and the air bag, the bag might not inflate properly or itmight force the object into you and cause injury. The path of an inflating air bag must be kept clear, so don't attach or putanything on or near the steering wheel hub. Where is the air bag? The driver's air bag is in the middleof the steering wheel. 1-20
