Job Management NOTE Job Management allows you to set permission that allows Network Administrators or general (non-administrator) users to delete jobs from the Document Centre print queue. Network Administrators can always delete any job, regardless of the setting selected on the Job Management Page. To set job deletion permission 1. Open your Web browser and enter the TCP/IP address of the Document Centre in the Address or Location field. 2. Click the Properties tab or select Properties in the directory tree. 3. Select Job Management in the directory tree. Page 16 - 44 4. Select All Users to allow any user to delete their own or any other job OR select Administrators Only to allow only users with administrative access (password) to delete jobs. 5. Click Apply New Settings to accept the changes or Restore Settings to return the settings to their previous values. Xerox Document Centre System Administration Guide
