Use a cable tester to verify shielded CAT 5e termination. If using a punch block, verify that the blue pair is properly punched (assuming T568B termination). FLASHING FLASHING FLASHING FLASHING The RAD is in Locate GREEN GREEN GREEN GREEN mode. End Locate mode for that RAD from within Halogen.
