Ordinary Display Controls and Functions Outdoor Unit Maintenance Remote Controller n Functions on the ordinary display • C onnect the special service checker wiring to the outdoor unit PCB. The connection is shown in the figure below. When connecting the special service checker wiring to the remote controller CZ-RTC4, cut out the wire as shown in the figure below because the connector of the remote controller cannot be used directly. Special service checker wiring Relay connector (2P, WHT) RC Outdoor unit PCB (3P, BLU) CUT PCB connector 1 (3P, BLU) Top case Bottom case (Back side) (Back side) CZ-RTC4 (2P, WHT) Terminal board 2 6 mm Remove the coating. Approx. 6 mm 3 l If the communications line in the inter-unit control wiring is connected, it can be left as-is. l In case of an independent outdoor unit (1 maintenance remote controller connected to 1 outdoor unit, auto address setting for indoor units not completed), setting mode 1 can be used. l The overall system status for that refrigerant system is displayed. 4 l " " is displayed until auto address setting is completed. 5 6 7 8 9 3 - 4

The connection is shown in the figure below.
